Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I recently stayed at Intown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta Ga and I must say, the location was the only good thing about my stay. The room I rented was dirty and the bedding had stains. I had to clean the room myself before I could even use it. On top of that, there were billing errors and the manager never corrected them. The front office staff, especially Lashonda, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They refused to extend my stay and even hung up on me when I called to inquire about my security deposit. It customer service experience I've ever had.

Despite all the negatives, I appreciate the convenient location of this hotel. However, I would not recommend staying here due to the terrible conditions and service I encountered.
